Admission Process

The admissions process for the 2022-2023 school year is now open.  To learn more about our Middle School Program, please attend one of our Virtual Middle School Information Sessions.

Steps to applying for our Middle School Program:

  • Fill out our application form

  • Submit a graded writing sample

  • Submit Official Transcript

  • A Student Assessment 

  • A  Parent Interview

Please note that if you submit your application forms early in the admissions process, your Child Visit will be scheduled before the admissions rush (January through February).  A School Tour can be attended at any point during the admissions process.

We offer financial aid to those who qualify.  Please contact the Admissions Director for more information.

STEP 2: Writing Sample


Submit any graded writing sample from this current school year. Please send writing sample and transcripts to admissions@hudsonmontessori.net




STEP 3: Official Transcript


Please submit an official transcript from the 2020-2021 school year and current transcript. You must download and complete the Request for Student Records Form and submit it to your current school.




STEP 1: Apply Online


Please complete our Middle School Application Form.




STEP 4: Student Assessment


Once the application form and the writing sample are received, the Admissions Director will be in touch to schedule an appointment for Student Assessment/Parent Interview.




STEP 5: Parent Interview


Once the application form and the writing sample are received, the Admissions Director will be in touch to schedule an appointment for Student Assessment/Parent Interview.




STEP 6: Registration


The completed registration package must be returned to the school and the requisite fee must be paid online by the date noted in the Offer of Admissions Letter. If spots become available, we will offer them to students in the Wait Pool. Notes:

  • Application forms that are not fully completed, or are not accompanied by the application fee will not be processed.
  • We anticipate being fully booked for child visits. If you are unable to visit the school for the child visit on your scheduled time and day, please notify us well in advance so we can exchange your time slot with another family.
  • For new admissions, our order of priority for admission is:
    • Siblings of currently enrolled students
    • Students with prior Montessori education
  • The date to submit the completed registration package will not be extended. If you plan to be away during that week, please make arrangements in advance to have the registration package returned to school before the cut-off date.
  • We advise parents to drop off the completed registration package in person or email it to us. We cannot be responsible for mailed documents if lost.
