This club is for K-5 students looking to explore Computer Programming. The course is designed to reinforce understanding and familiarity with essential concepts in programming languages, such as algorithms, loops, variables, logic, conditionals, objects, properties, events, design, implementation, debugging, testing, etc. Each week's class includes an unplugged activity focusing on a Computational Thinking skill, followed by a programming project that students will work on using Scratch Jr, Scratch or Python based on their level. This playful introductory program is specifically designed for our youngest participants, ages 3 to 5. Using imaginative games, tumbling obstacle courses, and supportive teacher guidance, children explore basic gymnastics equipment in a safe and nurturing environment. Snapology’s robotics program is designed for 6-10 year olds, teaching kids to explore the world of robotics as they build robots using LEGO bricks using the fundamentals of robotic design. Kids will learn how to read the program code and then fix an error to make the code usable. By fixing errors in a broken program code, students will learn how to debug and modify their programs quickly. Snapology foundational engineering program is designed for 4 to 5 year olds and provides students the tools they need to understand mechanical movement and the importance of simple machines. They will see these moving parts up-close as they follow instructions to build various machines and contraptions, then use the models to develop new design ideas, test out physics concepts, and even play games with their partners and classmates. Whether they are the creative-constructive type or prefer the inquisitive-deconstructive way of learning, this program is sure to spark their engineering interests! They are building skills that will help them throughout school and their careers. As your learner works alongside other little engineers, they will be learning essential components of engineering and design. Chess helps develop critical thinking skills, planning ahead, and thinking before acting. Children learn to see patterns, solve problems and become more deliberate. In chess, winning and losing helps children understand how to handle healthy competition and to learn that having an opponent is OK. Hello! My name is Ms. Jamie and I will be the Yoga Instructor for Fall Semester 2026. I am the creator of Mindful Play Yoga and am known for my insight, patience, and ability to connect with each child by engaging them mindfully through play and yoga.  Each yoga class has an affirmation (theme): Kindness Begins With Me, Peace Begins With Me, I Am So Strong, I Am So Brave, I Can Slow Down, and I Am So Awesome. Playing with affirmations help keep kids focused as they learn yoga poses, yoga games, and breathing techniques in class. This class is for magicians of all ages to practice appreciation of the art and to engage their performance skills. We will explore all facets of magic, from grand illusion to impromptu coin tricks. In Spanish, children will learn through fun interactive activities. They will learn greetings, counting numbers, shapes, colors, days, months, weather, feelings, and other everyday words. Children will be introduced to Spanish vocabulary in an entertaining way through literature, music, and movement. They will learn and master vocabulary terms and simple phrases that will allow them to communicate in spoken Spanish. Each class will offer a mix of familiar routines, new songs, words, and phrases as a means to learn and build the language. Get Crafty: After-School Craft Skills StudioThis is a hands-on after-school class where kids don’t just “make crafts”—they learn real craft skills and use them to create projects they’re proud to take home.Each week, we introduce a new technique through a simple, kid-friendly mini lesson.
