Hudson Montessori School’s 2021 Maker Faire preparation is underway! Students are getting ready for the January 30 kick-off event from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The typical one-day event is replaced this year with multiple virtual events throughout February. Due to the virtual format, the 2021 Maker Faire will be closed to the public.
Lower and Upper Elementary students will have an opportunity to submit recordings of themselves presenting their projects. These recordings will air during Maker Monday assemblies, Virtual Maker Rooms, and two Friday evening events (Feb. 12 and 26 from 6 to 7 p.m.).
Each Maker Faire activity will highlight ongoing student coding and craft projects that they have worked on in school and at home throughout the school year. Students are also encouraged to submit tutorial videos.
Hudson Montessori School is excited to recognize the hard work of our school makers during this year’s virtual adaptation!
