The Hudson Montessori Volunteers parent organization welcomes everyone to Hudson Montessori School's spirit week that kicked off yesterday.
On Monday, May 3, our teachers told our excited students about the danceathon coming in eight days! All funds raised from our danceathon will go towards a new playground for our children. As you can imagine, the children are pumped up!
School spirit means being a good sport. Our students are learning important character-building qualities throughout the week. Today our students are learning what TEAMWORK means to Phinette, a young basketball player from Brooklyn, New York.
Our fun-filled spirit week culminates next Wednesday with our DanceFit danceathon day! Picture a giant, school-wide dance party!
We encourage you to make a page for your child at funrun.com to help our parent organization's goal to rally and raise $10,000 during our school spirit week for a new playground. Or, if you don't have a child at our school, the school welcomes donations to help build its playground.
