Over the last two weeks, students, families, and friends across the country and around the world raised nearly $10,000 dollars for a new playground!
The Hudson Montessori Volunteers partnered with DanceFit to coordinate five days of an engaging sportsmanship character-building program, a school-wide danceathon, and loads of fun school spirit activities. Family and friends from 20 states and six countries sponsored the students for “minutes danced” or gave flat donations to raise half of our $20,000 playground goal.
As the school hit each new fundraising milestone, students earned fun days: a crazy sock day, silly hat day, and wear your clothes inside out day; all days are coming up in the last weeks of school!
