Students from Kindergarten to Middle School Celebrate Albert Einstein and Pi Day

Happy Pi Day from Hudson Montessori School! Our students have prepared a week-long celebration of mathematics and science giant Albert Einstein filled with art, contests, and pie.

All week long, our classes focus on concepts of irrational and transcendental numbers. They have also created a beautiful mural to hang a skyline outside our math classroom using the first 23 digits of the pi.

The grand finale of our week of fun will come on Friday with a school-wide Einstein lookalike contest, complete with an adorable themed photo booth. Small groups of Middle School students will visit each class of little Einsteins for a read-aloud story on the physicist himself and his impact on our world today. After each classroom visit, the best lookalike will be crowned and presented with their own pie.

Hudson Montessori School uses an interdisciplinary, theme-based learning approach to education, fostering the love for learning by using the Montessori philosophy and methodology. Our school serves children aged 2 to eighth grade. Contact us to learn more about us and our admissions process.
