Attendees will learn how to engage in local planning and infrastructure efforts and advocate for cleaner, safer water systems.
Why You Should Join Us:
Participate in meaningful, immediate environmental action.
Discover local water infrastructure challenges and explore potential solutions.
Engage in surveys to help document the effects of flooding in our community.
Connect with local organizations working to protect our urban environment.
Be part of making the Hudson River cleaner and healthier for future generations.
Additional Information:
All ages are welcome; an adult must accompany volunteers under 18.
The Liberty State Park Nature Center is wheelchair accessible. However, access to the beach for cleanup activities may be limited due to uneven terrain.
Space is limited, and registration is strongly encouraged.
Event funded by the Hudson River Estuary Program.
