Step 1: Take a Tour of the Classroom
Please click here to schedule a tour of the facility. This is a mandatory step in the admissions process. Please note that these classroom tours are for parents only (no children, please), and must be scheduled in advance.
Step 2: Application Form
Please complete the application form online from our website: https://hmsschooloffice.wufoo.com/forms/r16povb81yml8x1/ The application form must be fully completed (no blank fields) and must be accompanied by the $75 application fee.


Step 3: Family Visit
Upon receipt of your completed application, we will invite you for a family meeting with a member(s) of our staff. This is a mandatory step in the admissions process.
Step 4: Registration

Complete registration by paying the non-refundable deposit.
