Hudson Montessori School invites the entire Jersey City community to our highly anticipated 16th Annual Social Studies Fair and Street Carnival on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 10 Regent Street, Jersey City, NJ. This exciting, free event offers a museum-style experience, featuring 12 student-created galleries that showcase the innovations and wonders of the world through fully immersive, interactive exhibits.
Each classroom has been transformed into a unique museum gallery featuring hands-on exhibits that explore topics such as Space, Architecture, Innovations in Communication, Energy, and more. We entice all children, including our students and those from the community, to participate in the Museum Quest Game as they explore our interactive galleries. Once a child visits all the galleries, they receive two entries into a raffle, including a free enrollment for summer camp at Hudson Montessori School for Session 1!
Thank you to our community partners, including Simpson Tutors, A Sound Start, and 101 Discoveries, for donating additional raffle prizes.Â
Beyond the galleries, families can enjoy a lively outdoor street carnival with fun for all ages:
Inflatable bouncy houses (free!)
Food trucks: Dosa Spot, Sphinx Halal, El Chilango Taqueria, and more…
Clown entertainers with face painting & balloon art (free!)
Activity tables sponsored by our community partners: Little Gym, Snapology, Bricks4Kids, Aquatots, and more…
Thanks to the generous support of our leading sponsor, Provident Bank, location sponsor Liberty Harbor, and the dedication of our teachers, staff, and families, we anticipate that this year’s event will be our largest yet! Don’t miss this celebration of creativity, innovation, and community spirit. We welcome you to explore the Museum of Wonders!
