The highly anticipated Hudson Montessori Book Fair was a wonderful week filled with reading, discovery, and fun. We loved seeing everyone come together to celebrate books and the joy of reading. Families visited the fair with their children to explore new stories and help spark a lifelong love of reading.
This year’s event turned out to be one of our most successful yet. While we were still tallying receipts, early numbers showed that we surpassed last year’s results. Every purchase directly supported our school’s library and classroom bookshelves, and teachers shared classroom wishlists so families could donate books directly to their child’s class.
Thank you to author Ted Samaras for joining us during Book Fair week at Hudson Montessori! Mr. Samaras captivated groups of students from many of our classrooms as he shared his delightful book,” I’ll Visit Space From Here.” His engaging storytelling and enthusiasm for reading inspired our young learners to imagine, explore, and dream big. We are so grateful for his visit and for helping make our Book Fair week even more special.
Thank You to Our Amazing Volunteers!
A heartfelt thank you to 40+ parent volunteers who helped set up, restock shelves, work the cashier, catalog books, and assist with teardown. Your time, suggestions, and teamwork helped make the Book Fair a wonderful experience for our students, teachers, and families.
