Parents Return to School for Back-to-School Events

We began welcoming parents back for our Back-to-School events to kick off a new school year. Each program level has a different designated day/time. These events bring together families to learn more about their children's enriching curriculum, daily routines, special classes, and other essential details.

Parents of our Upper Elementary students (4th & 5th Graders) recently had the opportunity to hear from their teachers during the first Back-to-School night of the year. The team shared insights into the year ahead, highlighting core subjects such as math, language, science, technology, as well as the exciting Model Montessori United Nations program. These studies are complemented by our Specials Program, including performing arts, music, Spanish, and physical education, ensuring a well-rounded experience for every student.

These parent-teacher meetings foster connection and collaboration, offering families in Toddler, Bridge Primary, and Primary classrooms the opportunity to meet their teachers, explore the curriculum, and celebrate the start of another wonderful school year.

• Thursday, Sept. 11 (6 p.m.): Middle School (6th & 7th)

• Wednesday, Sept 17 (8:30 a.m.): Middle School (8th)

• Wednesday, Sept. 17 (6 p.m.): Primary, Toddler, and Bridge Primary Back-to-School Night

Hudson Montessori School, located in downtown Jersey City, serves children aged 2 to 8th grade. The school uses an interdisciplinary, theme-based learning approach to education, grounded in the Montessori philosophy and methodology, to foster a love of learning in its students. Its STEM-certified campus is the only one of its kind in New Jersey, featuring STEM-certified teachers who meet the highest standards set by the National Institute for STEM Education. The school welcomes parents to attend an open house to learn more about the school.
